Israel Post Resumes International Parcel Services

Israel Post Resumes International Parcel Services (Important Notice for Cross-Border E-Commerce Sellers)

Israel Post recently announced that with the limited resumption of civilian flights at Ben Gurion Airport, cross-border e-commerce parcels from China and Europe have started arriving in Israel again. Parcels from the United States are expected to follow starting this week.

U.S. health product e-commerce platform iHerb has also resumed shipping to Israel at the same time. However, due to limited flight capacity, the total volume of incoming parcels remains low, consisting mostly of backlogged orders placed before the conflict. Delivery delays of 1 to 2 weeks are expected.

Israel Post stated that its delivery capacity will gradually increase as the airport reopens, and outbound parcel services have also been restored. It emphasized that postal services had not been interrupted throughout the period. During this time, major platforms including Amazon and AliExpress have adjusted their delivery services for the Israeli market accordingly.
